What aroused your interest in wild life?
    It is an instinct. My upbringing in the sylvan surroundings of East Africa also has been influential in prodding my interest in wildlife.

    Indeed, I believe family has a great role to play when it comes to compassion for animals. Add to this, a bevy of pets our family bred. It is a combination of all these factors that endeared wild life to me.

How difficult/easy it is to make a film on endangered species?
    One has to be extra-cautious while shooting an endangered species. A film maker has to make sure that the animal is not disturbed while shooting. Besides, the conservation aspect attached to endangered species makes it difficult to gain an easy access to shoot them. Also making films on rare species call for more time and money.
